Individual psychotherapy

I conduct individual consultations and psychotherapy with adults who experience work-related life difficulties, just started in a new role in life, struggle with interpersonal relationships or experience problems related to mood and anxiety disorders.

In our sessions I meet primarily you as a person and, creating a therapist-patient relationship in a safe atmosphere, I focus on the problem and the goal that you want to achieve.

What to expect?

I run psychotherapy, using methods from cognitive-behavioural therapy and Schema Therapy. Usually, we meet to 2-3 consultations and then you can decide if you would like to start psychotherapy. If you do, we meet once a week and in the meantime you do personal work related to the issues discussed in the session.
As a psychologist, psychotherapist and a member of Polish Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I work in accordance its code of ethics, I supervise my work and I attend workshops to improve my therapeutical skills.


What inspires me?

I am interested in the full gamut of people’s behavior and their stories, which are a never ending lesson. I follow Third Wave therapies, including Schema Therapy.
